The Pathways to a Job program track includes short-term trainings that help youth to transition successfully from education into their first job.

Using a light-touch approach, we equip thousands of university students or recent graduates with the necessary tools for a successful job search: from researching job openings, to writing a CV and cover letter, to delivering a strong interview. By forming partnerships to deliver these trainings through public universities and government ministries, EFE also enhances the capacity of these local institutions to prepare youth for the workforce in the future.
