Sanal Edamaruku speaks on his father Joseph Edamaruku, on his birth and a forced conversion scheme

On the seventh death anniversary of his father, the legendary Indian rationalist Joseph Edamaruku, Sanal Edamaruku delivered a memorial speech on the annual memorial at Trivandrum.
On the same day, Sanal Edamaruku spoke about the shocking story of his own birth as it had so often been told to him by his father. The event had been a turning point in Joseph Edamaruku’s life and marked the strong links between father and son. It is the story of Sanal’s first encounter with “Christian love”...
Ironically, Sanal could not travel to Trivandrum to participate physically in the annual memorial for his father. Since more than one year now, he lives in Europe, as continuing persecution by fanatic Catholic groups is forcing him to to stay away from his native country. It began, when he revealed on TV that the "miracle" water of the weeping crucifix in a Mumbai church was toilet sewage and caused by faulty plumbing.
